Maheswari is a P G Teacher of English at Kendriya Vidyalaya,
Perambalur. She has 28 years of experience at various KVs and officiated
as principal at various times at KVs. Ministry of MHRD has awarded her
for producing 100% qualitative result. She has conducted training
classes for teachers in KVs.
She is an active volunteer at Heartfulness Institute. She has conducted numerous workshops for children and has coordinated youth seminars. Her interest in nurturing ‘Hearticulture’- the culture of heart, has led her to many initiatives like connecting youngsters with elders at old age homes and meeting children in juvenile jail.

What is Education? Why does it lead to a stressful situation? When teachers themselves face the stress from all sides of their work, how to make the change they wish to make? These were some of the questions explored in this Talk. Part of it was an interesting activity to demonstrate the importance of listening to heart.

Dr.Narayanakumar is an interdisciplinary researcher, an ardent seeker of spirituality, a nature lover and Traveller.
He has obtained his inter disciplinary PhD in Environmental Remote Sensing from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli.
He had worked as a Teaching Research Associate in the Institute for Ocean Management, Anna University for about 4 years. After a brief exposure in Watershed Development Agency of Agricultural department Govt., of Tamil Nadu he moved to Corporate world after completing his ‘Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers’. He had worked as a Senior Education Coach in XSEED Education. Then he worked with Pearson Education Services India Pvt. Ltd, as a Regional Manager. Now he is heading the Product Design and Marketing of Learning Logix- a start up working in learning improvement systems.
What qualities and techniques could enable a teacher to be a dynamic teacher and set up a dynamic classroom?
Dr. Narayankumar could indeed demonstrated as well enabled this to teachers in a two-hour workshop.

G.Krishnamoorthy is a retired Deputy General Manager of Indian Overseas Bank. He is a postgraduate in Mathematics. During his 39 years of exposure in the Banking Industry, he has served in the bank in different capacities in different parts of the country including 5 years as Faculty Trainer in their Bank’s training college. He is an avid reader and good storyteller.
After experimenting with various yoga philosophies, the ardent spiritual seeker has settled with Sahaj Marg system of meditation. He is practising the same for more than 21 years. He is now fully engaged in various Heartfulness initiatives that train the seekers in Sahaj Marg Meditation, directly as well as guiding his fellow trainers, serving the community from various fields including college students, school teachers, university staff, police personnel and general public from villagers to city dwellers.
What are the 21st century skills that prepare the students for the opportunities and challenges of the competitive world? Is there any simple way to acquire it?G.Krishnamoorthy, discussed this in an interesting talk with stories, quizzes, videos and practical examples.
